Come visit one of the biggest Caregiver expos in San Diego! Hosted by The San Diego Union Tribune, the CaregiverSD Expo is a fun and informative gathering for caregivers and their families!

Featuring keynote speaker Lee Woodruff, co-author of the book, "In an Instant: A Family's Journey of Love and Healing" which was number one on The New York Times Best Seller list. 

In her inspirational talk, Lee Woodruff shares her story of suddenly becoming the primary caregiver and patient advocate of her husband, who suffered devastating injuries from a roadside bomb in Iraq.

Learn, connect, and practice self care with so many other caregivers all over San Diego!

Social Isolation among older adults is on the rise. Frail, older adults and/or those with physical or mental disabilities who are socially isolated are at high risk of abuse and neglect. Project C.A.R.E. identifies and supports frail older adults and individuals with physical or mental disabilities to prevent social isolation, loneliness, neglect and abuse.
